Junior Keepers (Rec - Yr 7)

Help out the animals in a new way by learning and following the responsibilities involved in looking after our animals.

This program involves taking a pledge to commit to the roles and responsibilities involved with being a junior animal keeper. Behind the scenes opportunities, close up animals encounters and practical hands on learning about our herbivores, carnivores and omnivores.

Rangers (Yr 6 - Yr 12)

Gain an understanding in a ‘hands on’ way about what is the role of an African Ranger in the wild. Learn field work skills such as identifying, monitoring and observing behaviours of different species, animal and land management and understanding what it is to work together as a team of Rangers.

This program is about stepping out of comfort zones, collecting data for conservation use, using equipment and navigation skills and includes opportunities to connect with research projects in the wild.

Leadership (YR 6 - Yr 12)

Opportunities to step out of the square, face responsibilities, make choices and work together to find solutions in both day and night time scenarios.

Every avenue of this program is to challenge oneself and awaken possibilities of where and what can be achieved individually and within a team.
