Here are a few simple steps on how to reserve your free Zoos SA member ticket to Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park

Step 1

Click on the ‘Book tickets’ button within the ‘Free member reservation ticket’ field.

Find the number on the back of your Zoos SA membership card, below the barcode.

Step 3

Enter the number below the barcode and your last name in the sign-up field and click on the ‘lookup membership’ button.

Step 4

Click on the ‘Select date/time’ button to select the date you would like to attend Adelaide Zoo or Monarto Safari Park.

Please note that you can come at any time during this selected day and you do not have to choose a particular arrival time.

Step 5

Choose the date you would like to visit by clicking on the date.

Step 6

You will then be able to choose the amount of tickets for this day by clicking on the + or – button on the right hand side.

Once you have completed your selections, click on the ‘Checkout’ button to complete your reservation.

Step 8

Select the way to finalise the reservation.

  • If you previously created an account, please log on using your registered email address.
  • Or create an account, this will save you the time entering Billing and Recipient information for future purchases.
  • Or continue as a guest if you do not wish to create an account.

Complete or confirm your contact information and click on ‘submit order’ to proceed and finalise the reservation.
