After a 48 day hiatus, the YATZ and MATZ were reunited to hear the wonderful and fascinating stories that the MATZ were to share about their inspirational African journey. Aided by a masterfully designed presentation with lots of exciting photographs and fun games, such as the one seen below, they learnt in Africa, the MATZ marvelled everyone in the room by sharing with them their experiences of meeting 28 young African conservationists, seeing the ‘rare’ African wildlife in the wild and painting a beautiful mural to campaign against the dam of the Luangwa river. I, as were all of the audience, was so amazed by the professionalism with which the MATZ presented. Every word they spoke dripped with enthusiasm and passion. Every activity and game that the MATZ shared left the YATZ wanting more. I personally felt like I was actually with the MATZ in the Zambian communities learning about their culture and joining them in their dances and fun improvisation games the whole time during the presentation. Not long now till the YATZ have the awesome opportunity to meet the amazing Zambian ‘conservation club’ members that the MATZ spoke extremely highly of!
