Our Quiz night on 16th February is our final fundraising opportunity to reach our goal. In just a few months, the Zambians arrive, and to accompany their fundraising efforts of selling flags at Monarto that conclude at the end of the January School hoidays, the MATZ now invite you to their QUIZ night on 16th February, at Adelaide West Uniting Church (near the airport).

Tickets $20 per person or buy a Table of 8 for $150. Every ticket sold includes a flag of support for a Zambian student of your choice

100% proceeds from the Quiz will continue to grow the tally of funds that will host the Tisamale Global Exchange in Adelaide in April/May.

Our MATZ and YATZ (Mentors and Youth at the Zoo) are super proud to be in this global partnership with Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust in Zambia. Striving to make young conservationists passionate about caring for their wildlife and habitat, Zoos SA has been empowering our youth to lead the way, share their story, engage our visitors and run a changing lives campaign with an enormous aim – to sell 5000 flags, raise $75,000 and host 14 Chipembele conservation students from Zambia in Adelaide in April 2019.

An opportunity like the TISAMALE GLOBAL EXCHANGE isn’t something that comes along every day, and to raise this amount of funds requires a whole lot of perseverance, dedication and passion. There have been some wonderful enthusiasts joining our team of Dreammakers purchasing flags and gifting amazing donations, including the incredible support from business ‘OreWin’ who donated $25,000 stating “it is the energy and dedication shown by your enthusiastic band of future conservationists that is the thing that helps change the world for the better”. Such enormous generosity helps to validate our Tisamale adventure and recognises the value in all that we are trying to achieve with these young people from opposite sides of the world.

Having dedicated their October and January holidays, with the tally now at a whopping $50,000 funds raised, join our Quiz night to help our YATZ and MATZ reach their goal and prove that they can finish what they started.
