Unbreakable friendships have formed in Tisamale part two

With the Tisamale Global Exchange well under-way I wanted to share with you my utmost favourite moments so far.

Yeah, going to a beach with the Zambians for the first time, experiencing Nshima for the first time and working as a team with the Zambians to complete hands on work has all been extraordinary, but my favourite part of part 2 of Tisamale so far has been bonding with the Zambians.
It is funny to think that two weeks ago I only knew the dingoes by their names and interest in conservation. What once was a blank canvas is now a beautifully textured painting as now I have formed unbreakable friendships with the Zambians and have learnt so much about their individual interests and hobbies. Through learning (more like attempting) to speak their language of Nyanja, playing games that they play in Zambia, bonding with them as I toured them around the city or Cleland Wildlife Park and even just talking to them at the dinner table I have formed 14 strong friendships that I will hold onto forever.

So all that is left for me to say is thank you to everyone for making this exchange happen.

Cameron, MATZ
