A Conservation Educator will conduct a broad program aimed at personal development and group dynamics.

Through a series of activities, students will apply thinking and problem solving skills that will help them become more confident and understanding of relationships. Students will be required to take account of multiple perspectives and take responsibility for choices that they make.

Students will recognise the skills required to lead and be a positive member of a group.
