Eoin has more than 30 years of experience in developing and operating tourism accommodation businesses across South Australia, establishing his own consultancy businesses in Loftus Business Advisory and Hotel Refurbs in 2022.

He is passionate about advocating for and developing the tourism industry through his current role on the board of the South Australian Tourism Commission.
