Guidelines for submitting a donation request to Zoos SA

We appreciate your efforts in making a written request for a donation. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following guidelines for donation requests:

Admission tickets, behind the scenes tours and animal experiences:

  • Requests for admission tickets, behind the scenes tours and animal experiences should specify the number of tickets required, or type of experience you are seeking and the purpose for which they will be used.
  • Please provide details about your organisation and the target audience who will benefit from these tickets.
  • We encourage you to explain how the tickets align with your organisation’s mission and goals.
  • Explain how Zoos SA will be recognised for the donation.

Bulk or ongoing admission ticket request:

  • If you require a large number of admission tickets or have an ongoing need, please provide details about the frequency and duration of your request.
  • Explain how these tickets will be used to support your organisation’s goals, programs or events and how they align with Zoos SA’s mission to connect people with nature and save species from extinction.
  • Provide information on the target audience and how the tickets will be distributed to ensure maximum impact.
  • Explain how Zoos SA will be recognised for the donation.

Bespoke experience request:

  • If you have a unique or customised experience in mind, please provide a detailed description of your request.
  • Specify the objectives and outcomes you hope to achieve through this experience.
  • Explain how this bespoke experience will enhance your organisation’s relationship with Zoos SA and contribute to our shared goals.

General guidelines:

All donation requests should be submitted in writing and include your organisation’s name, contact information, and any relevant supporting documents.

Please submit your request at least 14 days in advance to allow sufficient time for review and processing.

While we strive to support as many requests as possible, please understand that submission of a written request does not guarantee a donation. All requests will be carefully reviewed, and decisions will be made based on various factors, including the alignment with our purpose, availability of resources, and the potential impact of the donation.

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Zoos SA. We appreciate your dedication to making a positive impact in our community, and we will carefully consider your request.

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
