New life means new hope and at Zoos SA that hope often clings to species that are endangered, some of them critically so.
The pint-size Cheetah cubs born in March this year (including one which was cross-fostered in an Australasian-first) are ambassadors for their vulnerable wild cousins, their numbers down to just thousands.
The three tiger cubs are a significant representation of a species of which only 400 are thought to survive in the wild.
Likewise, the birth of a Greater Bilby joey, an Eastern Black and White Colobus, Chimpanzee, Hamadryas Baboons, Cotton-top Tamarins, Little Penguins, Przewalski’s Horses, Giraffe, Zebra, Nyala, Scimitar-horned Oryx and Addax are further hope…
By supporting our End of Financial Year campaign, we will continue to conserve species and advocate for their protection.
Your donation, which if over $2 is tax deductible, will help us support those little whiskers and tiny toes, the pink noses and teeny tails and bring that much-needed hope for endangered species like Delilah’s beautiful cubs.
