Zoos SA is a non-government conservation charity, every visit, adoption, donation and ticket helps to save species from extinction.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the opportunity to be part of the Variety Children’s Zoo artwork(s), I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I understand the photographs I provide will be solely used to create an artwork/artworks to be displayed at the new Variety Children’s Zoo upon its completion in late 2019
  • I understand that each image will be small, to allow for the mosaic effect that creates the artwork/s
  • I understand that my/my child’s/my pet’s image may be used multiple times, across artworks in the Variety Children’s Zoo, to ensure we achieve the intended effect
  • By providing my email address, I give permission to be emailed in the lead-up to the opening of the new Variety Children’s Zoo to advise me as to when the artwork/s will be ready for viewing.
  • I understand that I shall receive no compensation for images to be used
  • I understand that Zoos SA will store my images for the express purpose of use for the creation of this artwork
  • I agree to hold Zoos SA harmless against any liability, loss or damage caused by or arising from the exhibition of my images
  • I have adhered to the guidelines for submission of photographs and understand that if my photograph does not meet the required guidelines, my purchase will be refunded and I will have to re-purchase my spot and re-submit my photograph

Important information for Parents / Caregivers / Guardians

I declare that I am the legal guardian for the children aged under 18 whose images I have provided, and have full legal authority to provide their images

Zoos SA is a not-for-profit conservation charity that exists to connect people with nature and save species from extinction. Zoos SA acknowledges the Country on which we stand always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land and we pay our deepest respect and gratitude to Kaurna (Adelaide Zoo) and Ngarrindjeri (Monarto Safari Park) Elders, past, present and emerging. We undertake critical conservation work throughout Australia and acknowledge the traditional custodians of these lands.
