I’d like to take this time to thank you again for the given opportunity of being a part of the Ambassador Training Program because every time I’m at the zoo working I feel the happiest and most passionately driven to complete tasks and do my utmost best!!

I had an amazing shift yesterday. On my walk to the zoo, I saw a possum up on a tree and shared it to a mother and her son on a walk, making them smile too.

I also had the opportunity to carry the extremely soft Gliders and hang out with Truffles the Bettong. I learnt a lot from the keepers like how horses enjoy racing and animals in places like zoos or horse racing will also reflect back to the people that train or look after them. I’m just so happy and grateful for everything!
