Rocking up to Adelaide Zoo for the first YATZ session since Tisamale ended was exciting. As a person who was continuing with the program, I was keen to meet and become close friends with the second half of the years new intake.

Through the camp we had heaps of time to bond whist doing very rewarding jobs to help the keepers out. We had fun watching a movie at night (Madagascar) and enjoying mingling whist at meals and hearing about everyone’s passions and why they love animals and conservation.

By the end of this program, I hope to finish with many new friends and stories
